Katie Lowe, PhD, established the studio in 2022 to offer evidence-based Pilates programming. Combining 16 years of Pilates teaching with an academic research background in psychology and human development, Katie delivers Pilates programming that is grounded in scholarly sources AND meets individuals' goals.
