WHY Katie Lowe Pilates?

Katie Lowe, PhD, founded the studio to provide an evidence-based approach to Pilates programming.  By integrating her 16 years of teaching Pilates and research background in psychology, she developed and delivers a method of Pilates programming that is grounded in scholarly sources AND meets individuals' voiced goals.

In short, we do Pilates for data-driven reasons.

In this one-on-one session we use an evidence-based postural assessment to identify movement strengths and limitations to guide your Pilates programing so your body gets EXACTLY what it needs.

You will experience customized Pilates sessions informed by current gold standards in exercise science.  Not only will you experience RESULTS from this training, but you will also be more educated and empowered to live better in your body!
